White-Glove Service Terms

1. Overview

The White-Glove service provides a guided 60-minute onboarding session with a NIST assessment subject matter expert (SME). This session is designed to help you understand the 17 CMMC Level 1 practices and how they apply to your specific organization type.

2. What Is Included

  • One 60-minute live video call with a NIST assessment SME
  • Guided walkthrough of the 17 CMMC Level 1 practices tailored to your organization type
  • Review of AI-generated implementation drafts with hands-on editing during the session
  • Explanation of how each practice applies to your specific setup (shop floor, IT environment, physical security)
  • Post-session summary of any practices that need additional attention

3. What Is Not Included

  • Compliance determination, certification, or audit services
  • Legal advice or assurance that your attestation will satisfy any prime, contracting officer, or C3PAO
  • Hands-on IT implementation or configuration
  • Additional sessions (available at separate cost)

The white-glove session is educational and advisory. It does not constitute a compliance determination or certification of any kind.

4. Scheduling & Delivery

After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your session. Sessions are typically scheduled within 5 business days of purchase. Sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet or Zoom). If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

5. Pricing

The white-glove service is a one-time fee of $1,500, charged at checkout in addition to your annual subscription ($499/year, or $399/year with SDVOSB/VOSB discount). The one-time fee is non-recurring — only the annual subscription renews.

6. Cancellation

The $1,500 one-time fee is refundable if you cancel before your scheduled session. After the session is completed, no refund is available for the one-time fee. The underlying annual subscription follows the standard refund policy.

7. Disclaimer

The white-glove session is an educational service. GreyLee Services Group LLC does not determine, certify, or audit your compliance status. You are solely responsible for reviewing your documentation, making your attestation, and affirming your CMMC Level 1 self-assessment in SPRS. The general Terms of Service apply in addition to these terms.
