The Service
GreyLee CMMC (greyleecmmc.com) is a documentation product for CMMC Level 1 self-attestation. It helps you walk through the 17 required practices and generate your System Security Plan. You are responsible for reviewing your documents and making your own attestation.
Subscription Terms
We offer annual ($499/yr), monthly ($59/mo), and white-glove ($1,500 one-time + $499/yr) subscriptions. SDVOSB/VOSB discount available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not generated an SSP. After SSP generation, no refunds are issued. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
Data Ownership
You own your data. Your assessment responses, evidence files, and generated documents belong to you. We operate the platform and provide the tooling. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service for its intended purpose: CMMC Level 1 self-attestation and compliance documentation. You will not use the service for illegal activity, to store classified information, or to misrepresent your compliance status.
Limitation of Liability
GreyLee CMMC is a self-attestation tool. We do not guarantee that your attestation will satisfy any specific prime, contracting officer, or auditor. We are not a 3PAO. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days per our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
