Terms of Service

1. Provider

2. The Service

GreyLee CMMC (greyleecmmc.com) is a documentation product for CMMC Level 1 self-attestation. It helps you walk through the 17 required practices and generate your System Security Plan. You are responsible for reviewing your documents and making your own attestation. GreyLee does not determine, certify, or audit your compliance status.

The service uses Anthropic's Claude API to draft implementation language and executive summaries. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models, under its commercial terms. Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days by default. We do not have a zero-data-retention agreement in place.

3. Subscription Terms

We offer annual ($499/yr), monthly ($59/mo), and white-glove ($1,500 one-time + $499/yr) subscriptions. SDVOSB/VOSB discount available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. The White-Glove Service Terms apply to white-glove subscriptions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not generated an SSP. After SSP generation, no refunds are issued. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. Your assessment responses and generated documents belong to you. We do not accept or store evidence files. We operate the platform and provide the tooling. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service for its intended purpose: CMMC Level 1 self-attestation and compliance documentation. You will not use the service for illegal activity, to store classified information, or to misrepresent your compliance status.

7. Limitation of Liability

GreyLee CMMC is a documentation tool for self-attestation. We do not guarantee that your attestation will satisfy any specific prime, contracting officer, or auditor. We are not a C3PAO. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days per our privacy policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey.
